1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You may request a refund or exchange if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or expired
The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order
The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Important Conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

Openedor used cosmetic or personal care products (due to hygiene and safety regulations)
Requests made after 7 days of delivery
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Items marked as non-refundable or final sale

Refunds will be issued if:

The product is confirmed to be defective or not as described
The wrong product was delivered
The order is canceled before dispatch

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange under the same eligibility conditions:

Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Replacement is subject to product availability

6. Shipping Responsibility
   If the issue is due to our error (defective/wrong item):
   → Beautylink Global covers all related shipping costs
   If the request is for other reasons (if approved):
   → Customer may bear shipping costs
7. Order Cancellation
   Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
   Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; only refund/exchange conditions apply
